Grilled sausage and potato hash
This dish could totally be done on the grill.
How to Make Grilled sausage and potato hash
- You can peel your potatoes, but I enjoy the rusticness of leaving the skin on, just wash well. Chop onion and pepper, add to pan with potatoes.
- Slow pan roast potatoes in oil of choice. Today I had some bacon fat so I used that. Once potatoes are tender, add in the sausage, stir to heat.
- Garnish with grated cheese,cilantro, pico de gallo or salsa. I always like to serve sunny side up eggs with hash.
