How To Make grandma gegel's fondue
-
Step 1Dredge cheese with flour. Rub pot( I make it on the stove and then transfer it to the fondue pot ) with garlic. Add wine and heat until it bubbles not boils. Then add the cheese a handful at a time. Stir constantly. Bring mixture to a bubble for an instant and then add the remaining ingredients. Stir until well blended and keep hot over portable burner. Serve with bread cubed and apples.
