easy turkey pot pie

I never know what to do with the turkey left overs but decided to try to make this comfort food. It was so easy and sooooooo good. Would also be good with chicken instead of turkey. Hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients

  • 1 small bag frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1-2 cup leftover chopped turkey or chicken
  • pinch salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 - 9" unbaked pie crust
  • - grated cheese orbuttered bread crumbs

How To Make easy turkey pot pie

  • Step 1
    Mix a small bag of frozen peas and carrots, a cup of frozen corn, 1 cup of sour cream, 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup mixed with as much turkey (or chicken) as you like, salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 375 for about 40 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Add cheese last five minutes.
