5 ozcan tuna, drained and fork fluffed

How to Make Creamed Tuna on Toast
- In a saucepan melt butter; add flour and make a light roux, gradually stir in milk. Heat, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly.
- Add tuna and chopped egg, stir. Serve over toast points.
