My kids loved this when they were little. Makes an excellent hot lunch. If I make it for dinner I use the big can of tuna and serve over biscuits.

Ingredients

  • 1
    egg, hard boiled
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 5 oz
    can tuna, drained and fork fluffed
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Creamed Tuna on Toast

Step-by-Step

  1. In a saucepan melt butter; add flour and make a light roux, gradually stir in milk. Heat, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly.
  2. Add tuna and chopped egg, stir. Serve over toast points.
