My kids loved this when they were little. Makes an excellent hot lunch. If I make it for dinner I use the big can of tuna and serve over biscuits.

Ingredients
- 1 - egg, hard boiled
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 5 ounces can tuna, drained and fork fluffed
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make creamed tuna on toast

Step 1In a saucepan melt butter; add flour and make a light roux, gradually stir in milk. Heat, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly.

Step 2Add tuna and chopped egg, stir. Serve over toast points.
