My kids loved this when they were little. Makes an excellent hot lunch. If I make it for dinner I use the big can of tuna and serve over biscuits.

egg, hard boiled
can tuna, drained and fork fluffed
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make
In a saucepan melt butter; add flour and make a light roux, gradually stir in milk. Heat, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly.
Add tuna and chopped egg, stir. Serve over toast points.
