Ingredients
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3/4 cup milk or half and half cream
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1/4 cup scallion, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 3/4 cup crabmeat
- 1 - frozen 9 inch pie shell
How To Make crabmeat quiche

Step 1Mix first 4 ingredients with hand mixer, then add rest of ingredients.

Step 2Bake pie shell 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Step 3Put ingredients in pie shell and bake for 40 minutes longer. If frozen, then first bake it for 20 minutes. When ready to use, take out of freezer and bring to room temperature. Bake 20 minutes more or until done.

Step 4Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting.
