Convection Oven


  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 large
  • 1/3 c
    corn flakes
  • 1 pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c
    celery ribs chopped
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 1 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can(s)
    mushroom caps
  • 1/4 c
    corn flakes

How to Make Cheddar Beef Hamburger Pie


  1. Combine meat,egg,onion,corn flakes, Barbecue sauce and seasonings mix lightly
  2. press meat mixtuer into all sides of 9 inch pie plate.
  3. Bake at 400*F 15minutes
    Remove from oven and drain Reduce oven to350*F
  4. Saute celery slices in 1tablespoon butter.
  5. Combine,celery,cheese and mushrooms toss lightly;
  6. spoon into meat shell. Melt remaing butter and combine with 1/4 cornflakes crumbs, sprinkle over cheese mixture
  7. Return to Oven continue baking 10 Minutes
    Yields: 6 Servings
