bisquick taco pie
This is a vegetarian taco pie recipe that I came up with. If you are not a vegetarian feel free substituting the beans for any kind of meat! Just make sure to brown it first!

Ingredients
- 1-2 can black or refried beans
- 1/3 - onion, diced
- 1 can corn
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 3/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup bisquick
- SERVE ALONGSIDE:
- - lettuce
- - sour cream
- - salsa
How To Make bisquick taco pie

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spray a pie pan or round baking dish with non stick spray.

Step 2Mix beans, onion, corn, & taco seasoning.

Step 3Put bean mixture into pan. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese over the top.

Step 4In a separate bowl mix the milk, eggs, and bisquick. Pour over pie.

Step 5Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove pie from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese over the top of the pie. Bake for and additional 5 minutes.
