This is a vegetarian taco pie recipe that I came up with. If you are not a vegetarian feel free substituting the beans for any kind of meat! Just make sure to brown it first!

Ingredients

black or refried beans
1/3
onion, diced
1 can(s)
corn
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
3/4 c
salsa
3/4 c
shredded cheese
1 c
milk
2
eggs
1/2 c
bisquick

SERVE ALONGSIDE:

lettuce
sour cream
salsa

How to Make Bisquick Taco Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat the oven to 350 F.
    Spray a pie pan or round baking dish with non stick spray.
  • 2Mix beans, onion, corn, & taco seasoning.
  • 3Put bean mixture into pan. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese over the top.
  • 4In a separate bowl mix the milk, eggs, and bisquick. Pour over pie.
  • 5Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove pie from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese over the top of the pie. Bake for and additional 5 minutes.
