This is a vegetarian taco pie recipe that I came up with. If you are not a vegetarian feel free substituting the beans for any kind of meat! Just make sure to brown it first!

Ingredients

  • 1-2 can black or refried beans
  • 1/3 - onion, diced
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 3/4 cup salsa
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup bisquick
  • SERVE ALONGSIDE:
  • - lettuce
  • - sour cream
  • - salsa

How To Make bisquick taco pie

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spray a pie pan or round baking dish with non stick spray.
  • Step 2
    Mix beans, onion, corn, & taco seasoning.
  • Step 3
    Put bean mixture into pan. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese over the top.
  • Step 4
    In a separate bowl mix the milk, eggs, and bisquick. Pour over pie.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove pie from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese over the top of the pie. Bake for and additional 5 minutes.
