Ingredients
- 1 pound skirt steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 bunch chinese greens
- 4 - carrots, thinly sliced diagonally
- 1/4 cup shitake oysters
- 1/2 - red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free tamari (soy) sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- - salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

Step 1Whisk tamari sauce, vinegar, honey, mustard, and garlic in bowl.

Step 2Heat oil in wok on medium high. Season steak with salt and pepper and coat with cornstarch. Stir fry steak in batches 1-2 minutes and remove to plate.

Step 3Saute mushrooms until tender. Add sauce, greens, carrots, and peppers. Cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add steak and cook about 3 more minutes.

Step 4Serve over rice.
