Ingredients

  • 1 pound skirt steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 bunch chinese greens
  • 4 - carrots, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 1/4 cup shitake oysters
  • 1/2 - red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free tamari (soy) sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • - salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

How To Make beef and chinese greens - gf

  • Step 1
    Whisk tamari sauce, vinegar, honey, mustard, and garlic in bowl.
  • Step 2
    Heat oil in wok on medium high. Season steak with salt and pepper and coat with cornstarch. Stir fry steak in batches 1-2 minutes and remove to plate.
  • Step 3
    Saute mushrooms until tender. Add sauce, greens, carrots, and peppers. Cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add steak and cook about 3 more minutes.
  • Step 4
    Serve over rice.
