    skirt steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    corn starch
  • 1 tsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 bunch
    chinese greens
  • 4
    carrots, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 1/4 c
    shitake oysters
  • 1/2
    red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    gluten-free tamari (soy) sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    rice wine vinegar

How to Make Beef and Chinese Greens - GF


  1. Whisk tamari sauce, vinegar, honey, mustard, and garlic in bowl.
  2. Heat oil in wok on medium high. Season steak with salt and pepper and coat with cornstarch. Stir fry steak in batches 1-2 minutes and remove to plate.
  3. Saute mushrooms until tender. Add sauce, greens, carrots, and peppers. Cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add steak and cook about 3 more minutes.
  4. Serve over rice.
