skirt steak, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp
corn starch
1 tsp
vegetable oil
1 bunch
chinese greens
carrots, thinly sliced diagonally
1/4 c
shitake oysters
red bell pepper, sliced
2 Tbsp
gluten-free tamari (soy) sauce
1 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
2 clove
garlic, minced
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp
rice wine vinegar

How to Make Beef and Chinese Greens - GF


  • 1Whisk tamari sauce, vinegar, honey, mustard, and garlic in bowl.
  • 2Heat oil in wok on medium high. Season steak with salt and pepper and coat with cornstarch. Stir fry steak in batches 1-2 minutes and remove to plate.
  • 3Saute mushrooms until tender. Add sauce, greens, carrots, and peppers. Cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add steak and cook about 3 more minutes.
  • 4Serve over rice.
