turkey meatloaf a la conductoman
Whether you liked my last meatloaf or not, I can guarantee that you'll LOVE this one!! If you like this loaf, try adding 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and 5-6 slices of crumbled bacon into the mix before baking. And for an additional burst of flavor, try using 2 teaspoons of maple syrup instead of sugar in the glaze. YUM!!

-
Step 2Prepare a baking sheet with non-stick aluminum foil.
-
Step 3To a gallon size Ziploc bag or a bowl, add Ground turkey, soup mix, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Mix LIGHTLY!

Step 7Pour over top of meatloaf and spread evenly, "frosting" the sides as well.
-
Step 8Put into preheated oven and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until internal temp reaches 160 - 165 degrees.
-
Step 9Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes and side salad. ENJOY!!
