secret ingredient meatloaf
The secret ingredient is the use of cereal instead of bread crumbs. I love this meatloaf and I don't usually like meatloaf. The sauce is excellent also.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound italian sausage no casings
- 1 medium onion chopped finely
- 1 medium green bell pepper chopped finely
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 liters eggs
- 1 cup fiber one maple brown sugar cereal ground in food processor measure before grinding
- 1 cup stewed tomatoes crushed in food processor
- 1 tablespoon montreal steak seasoning
- - sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
How To Make secret ingredient meatloaf

Step 1Mix first 8 ingredients together Preheat oven 400 degrees

Step 2Place meatloaf in loaf pan. Top with Montreal seasoning. Bake for about 40 minutes. Internal temp 170

Step 3Mix ingredients for sauce together and pour over meatloaf. Place back in oven for about 20 minutes until sauce thickens

Step 4Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes before cutting.
