Mother made these for every Easter dinner. Delicious with a wonderful brown sugar glaze.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground pork
1 lb
ground veal
2 large
eggs
1 c
milk
bread crumbs - as needed for firmness
3/4 c
brown sugar
3/4 c
apple cider vinegar
3/4 c
water

How to Make Mother's Ham Loaves

Step-by-Step

  • 1Beat 2 eggs. Add to meat mixture. Add milk. Add bread crumbs to meat. Mix well. Add enough bread crumbs so the meat is not too sticky.
  • 2Spray dish or pan before adding meat. Shape meat into loaves. Put into dish.
  • 3Heat the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar & water. Pour over loaves.
  • 4Bake at 350 degrees.
