Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- - bread crumbs - as needed for firmness
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
How To Make mother's ham loaves

Step 1Get All the ingredients together

Step 2Beat egg. Add to meat mixture. Add milk. Add bread crumbs to meat. Mix well. Add enough bread crumbs so the meat is not too sticky.

Step 3Spray dish or pan before adding meat. Shape meat into loaves. Put into dish.

Step 4Heat the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar & water, just until the brown sugar is dissolved

Step 5Pour brown sugar & vinegar mixture over ham loaves.

Step 6Bake at 350 degrees.
