Most everyone likes their own meatloaf recipe, but I thought I'd add this one.

Ingredients

  • 3 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 large
    onion, chopped
  • 2 slice
    bread
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/3 c
    ketchup

How to Make Mom's Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Soak bread in milk. If you use a 2 cup measuring cup, after you put the bread in the milk you can add the other ingredients except for the meat and onions.
  3. Mix together the ground beef and onion, then add the other ingredients and mix well. I use my hands, it works better that way.
  4. On top of your oven's broiler pan form the meat into a loaf. Bske at 350 for 1 1/2 hours,
  5. Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
