mom's meatloaf
Most everyone likes their own meatloaf recipe, but I thought I'd add this one.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 slices bread
- 1 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup ketchup
How To Make mom's meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350

Step 2Soak bread in milk. If you use a 2 cup measuring cup, after you put the bread in the milk you can add the other ingredients except for the meat and onions.

Step 3Mix together the ground beef and onion, then add the other ingredients and mix well. I use my hands, it works better that way.

Step 4On top of your oven's broiler pan form the meat into a loaf. Bske at 350 for 1 1/2 hours,

Step 5Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
