My mom makes the best Meatloaf, she is the one that taught me how to cook.

Ingredients

  • 1 package saltine crackers, finely crushed
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small bottle of ketchup
  • 1 large egg
  • - milk

How To Make mom's meat-loaf

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 450.
  • Step 2
    In a medium to large bowl, mix crackers, onion, ground beef, egg, & 1/2 bottle of ketchup, making sure all is mixed in together. Best if mixed by hand. Mix in rest of ketchup,
  • Step 3
    Pour milk in the ketchup bottle (fill bottle about 1/2 full), and shake well until milk and left-over ketchup is completely mixed. Pour milk into meat mixture and mix some more.
  • Step 4
    Spray nonstick spray into a pan, put mixture into pan and spread mixture evenly.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 450 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
