Didn't care for the basic dry meatloaf. Noone I new had ever heard of adding Ranch dressing to a meatloaf. My family loves this.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 slices american or any preferred cheese
  • 1 can canned or fresh mushrooms
  • 2 pinches garlic powder
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches black pepper
  • 1/2 - onion ,if preferred
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 1 - egg to mix within the beef mixture

How To Make moist meatloaf

  • Step 1
    Add all the ingrediants to the ground beef. Save BB sauce for the topping. I layer the meatloaf like a lasagna. Put half the beef mixture into a loaf pan. Cut up slices of the cheese. Put the cheese on top of the first layer, then cover that with the remaining beef. Top with barbecue sauce.
  • Step 2
    The oven should be on 375.
  • Step 3
    Cook for about 45 minutes
