moist meatloaf
Didn't care for the basic dry meatloaf. Noone I new had ever heard of adding Ranch dressing to a meatloaf. My family loves this.

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 2 slices american or any preferred cheese
- 1 can canned or fresh mushrooms
- 2 pinches garlic powder
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 pinches black pepper
- 1/2 - onion ,if preferred
- 2 to 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1 - egg to mix within the beef mixture
How To Make moist meatloaf

Step 1Add all the ingrediants to the ground beef. Save BB sauce for the topping. I layer the meatloaf like a lasagna. Put half the beef mixture into a loaf pan. Cut up slices of the cheese. Put the cheese on top of the first layer, then cover that with the remaining beef. Top with barbecue sauce.

Step 2The oven should be on 375.

Step 3Cook for about 45 minutes
