Didn't care for the basic dry meatloaf. Noone I new had ever heard of adding Ranch dressing to a meatloaf. My family loves this.

2 1/4 lb
lean ground beef
1 1/2 c
italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c
parmesan cheese
1/4 c
ranch dressing
2 slice
american or any preferred cheese
1 can(s)
canned or fresh mushrooms
2 pinch
garlic powder
2 pinch
2 pinch
black pepper
onion ,if preferred
2 to 3 Tbsp
barbecue sauce
egg to mix within the beef mixture

How to Make Moist Meatloaf


  • 1Add all the ingrediants to the ground beef. Save BB sauce for the topping. I layer the meatloaf like a lasagna. Put half the beef mixture into a loaf pan. Cut up slices of the cheese. Put the cheese on top of the first layer, then cover that with the remaining beef. Top with barbecue sauce.
  • 2The oven should be on 375.
  • 3Cook for about 45 minutes
