Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can (small) tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup grated or finely diced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 package mccormick's meatloaf seasoning
- 1 cup plain bread crumbs or finely crushed saltine crackers
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
How To Make meatloaf

Step 1Mix together all ingredients except meat, mix really well. It will look like a rust colored sloppy mess. Then add meats and mix really well. If it seems a little too wet, add more bread crumbs. If it seems too dry, add a tad of milk, but will probably be more wet than dry. Mix til it seems to be getting sticky and will form a solid big ball. Turn into a glass baking dish and generously sprinkle black pepper all over the top. Bake at 400* for 1 hour. Remove from pan onto a plate and let stand 20 minutes before cutting.
