Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 3/4 -2 cup crushed, ritz crackers
- 1 - onion, minced
- 1 small red or green bell pepper, chopped fine
- 2 - eggs, plus one extra yolk, beaten
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon each - salt & pepper
- SAUCE FOR TOP OF MEATLOAF
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons mollasses
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Mix all ingredients together & shape into a loaf. ( Sometimes I place a couple strip of bacon on top). Place in loaf pan or on rack over a sheet pan. Bake for an hour. Make sauce while loaf is baking: just mix all ingredients in a bowl and set aside. After loaf has baked an hour, apply sauce, evenly over the top and continue baking for another 20 - 25 minutes.
