Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground chuck/round
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 c
    chopped bell pepper
  • 12-14
    crushed saltines or favorite crackers
  • 3 Tbsp
    frenchs worchestshire sauce
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 1 can(s)
    contadina tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Debbys MeatLoaf with Moms Special Touch

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine ingredients & press into 8 inch square baking dish. Drain if necessary. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes (gas oven). Cool for 10-15 minutes & serve. Optional-Top with Heinz ketchup Or Kraft Parmesan Cheese 10 minutes before done.
