caught'cha cheatin' meatloaf
A call to plan of action one day, I wanted to make my man happy with a good home cooked meatloaf. I decided I had to pull together what was the easiest and what I thought went into a good meatloaf recipe. Breadcrumbs, eggs, onions, and of course beef. Looked in the pantry and found a perfect match! A stuffing mix and dry beef/onion soup mix! Ta-Da!! So easy, I had to call it "Caught'cha Cheatin' Meatloaf." There's only a few steps -It's So easy.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 box generic instant turkey stuffing
- 1 package lipton recipe secrets beefy onion mix
- 2 - eggs
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
How To Make caught'cha cheatin' meatloaf
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients. I mixed by hand, although I use clean, handy, food grade gloves.
-
Step 2Bake 1 hour or until done. After cooking, let it rest a minute while you prepare ketchup topping: Simply add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar to ketchup and spread on top of meatloaf. Put back in warm oven (while it's turned off and cooling down). It will be warm enough to just thicken sauce without burning it.
-
Step 3Remove from oven after about 10-15 minutes, and serve.
