    lean ground beef
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 tsp
    sage
  • 1/2 c
    pet milk
  • 2 c
    ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 c
    onions
  • 1/2 c
    swiss cheese, shredded plus some extra
  • salt and pepper

How To Make amish meatloaf

    HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

    MIX ALL INGREDIENTS WELL, PAT INTO AN OVAL LOAF IN A BAKING DISH. PUT THE EXTRA SWISS CHEESE OVER TOP OF THE LOAF.
