watergate salad
Many recipes have minature marshmellows but I made this without to make it more diabetic -friendly. Sugar free pudding and fat free yogurt. Enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple
- 1 package (3.4 oz)pistachio pudding
- 1 package (8 oz)thawed cool whip
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 packages fat free pina cola yogurt
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange
How To Make watergate salad

Step 1Combine all ingredients. Do not drain pineapple but do drain the oranges before adding. (Break up oranges while blending)

Step 2Refrigerate 1 Hour
