Ingredients
- 6 large peeled potatos (any kind)
- 5 - hard boiled eggs
- 4 tablespoons dill pickle relish
- 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 - chopped purple onion
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- - salt and pepper
- - paprika
How To Make potato salad

Step 1Boil potato's until tender and drain. Cut into bite size cubes, put in a large bowl.

Step 2Chop 4 of the eggs and add to potato's. Slice one egg for the top.

Step 3Add everything else to potato bowl with salt and pepper to your taste and mix. You may want to add a little more mayonnaise if needed.

Step 4Lay the slices of egg on top and sprinkle with paprika.
