A simple, delicious light salad. Use any kind of pears you want and use pecans if you prefer.

Ingredients

  • - 1 bag of prepared mixed salad greens
  • - 2 pears, cut into chunks; peeled or unpeeled
  • - 2 tablespoons honey
  • - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • - ½ cup walnuts or pecans cut in half

How To Make pear salad

  • Step 1
    Add lettuce onto salad plates.
  • Step 2
    Add the pear chunks and walnuts.
  • Step 3
    Combine the honey and lemon juice and drizzle over salad. Serve.
