Grilled Sweet Chili Salmon Noodle Salad

INGREDIENTS
salmon fillets (4 to 6 ounces each)
sweet chili sauce
fresh orange juice
fresh lime juice
rice wine vinegar
fish sauce or soy sauce
Sriracha or other hot garlic chili sauce
canola oil
vermicelli rice noodles
ripe mango, thinly sliced
red onion, halved and thinly sliced
red and/or yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
snipped cilantro leaves, plus additional for garnish
mint leaves, coarsely chopped
salted cashews, coarsely chopped
Optional Garnish: lime slices or wedges
