Ingredients

- 4 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced into rings
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup half and half

How To Make creamy cucumber salad

Step 1

Mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and half and half in blender.

Step 2

Add to cucumbers and onion rings.
Step 3

Let sit in refrigerator several hours so flavors can blend together.
