- 4 cups romaine lettuce leaves, chopped
- 1/2 medium white onion, thinly diced
- 1 - roma tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup tortilla chips, broken into pieces
- DRESSING
- 1 small can chipotle peppers
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons half and half
- - salt and pepper
How To Make chipotle taco salad

Step 1Combine all salad ingredients except for the chips in a bowl.

Step 2In a processor or blender, add all dressing ingredients and pulse until smooth.

Step 3Pour dressing over salad and top with chips.
