Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 2- 7oz cans tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup water
- CHEESE SAUCE
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup bisquick mix
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded or
- 1/2 cup blue cheese
How To Make tuna ring casserole with cheese sauce

Step 1Beat egg slightly set aside 2 teaspoons of egg. Stir tuna, onions,cheese, parsley, celery salt, and pepper into remaining egg.

Step 2Stir baking mix and water into soft dough, knead dough 5 times then roll onto flour surface and roll into a 15x10" rectangle. Spread tuna mixture on top.

Step 3Roll this up and make into a ring. Use shears to cut diagonal cuts in to top of ring. Brush top with reserved egg. Put in oven and bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with cheese sauce on top.

Step 4For Cheese Sauce . Melt margarine and blend in bisquick mix,salt and pepper,cook over low heat until smooth and bubbly . Remove from heat and add in milk and cheese. Put back on stove, stirring constantly until cheese has melted and thickened.
