Ingredients
- 2 packages frozen spinach
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 cans tuna
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make tuna florentine

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Thaw and drain spinach squeezing out excess water. Spread spinach evenly in a greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle onions and tuna over spinach.

Step 3Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over ingredients in casserole.

Step 4Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over top of casserole along with parmesan cheese.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees or until golden and bubbly.
