frozen spinach
2 Tbsp
minced onion
2 can(s)
tuna
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 c
sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
2 c
bread crumbs
1/4 c
melted butter
1/4 c
parmesan cheese

How to Make Tuna Florentine

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Thaw and drain spinach squeezing out excess water. Spread spinach evenly in a greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle onions and tuna over spinach.
  • 3Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over ingredients in casserole.
  • 4Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over top of casserole along with parmesan cheese.
  • 5Bake at 350 degrees or until golden and bubbly.
