sweet dijon flounder
This is my own trial & error & success recipe. I like it served over yellow rice with a side of creamy green beans.

Ingredients
- 1 .5 pounds flounder filets
- 1/4 cup lite beer
- aprox. 4 ounces dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup seafood breading such as house autry brand
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 4 tablespoons virgin olive oil
How To Make sweet dijon flounder

Step 1In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients, except fish, 1 by 1 while steadily mixing until smooth.

Step 2Preheat oven to 450°

Step 3Cut fish into the serving sizes that suits you. I prefer 4" fillets.

Step 4Lightly grease the bottom of a baking sheet with virgin olive oil.

Step 5Dip the fillets into the Dijon mixture and place on baking sheet. Pour leftover mixture on top of fillets.

Step 6Bake for aproxamitly 20 minutes or until fish flakes when cut with a fork.
