This is my own trial & error & success recipe. I like it served over yellow rice with a side of creamy green beans.

Ingredients

1 .5 lb
flounder filets
1/4 c
lite beer
aprox. 4 oz
dijon mustard
2 Tbsp
light brown sugar
1/2 c
seafood breading such as house autry brand
2 Tbsp
raw honey
4 Tbsp
virgin olive oil

Step-By-Step

1In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients, except fish, 1 by 1 while steadily mixing until smooth.
2Preheat oven to 450°
3Cut fish into the serving sizes that suits you. I prefer 4" fillets.
4Lightly grease the bottom of a baking sheet with virgin olive oil.
5Dip the fillets into the Dijon mixture and place on baking sheet. Pour leftover mixture on top of fillets.
6Bake for aproxamitly 20 minutes or until fish flakes when cut with a fork.
