Ingredients For stuffed shrimp

1/2 canlump crab meat,or claw,or 2 cups

1/4 cbread crumbs

1 Tbspdijon mustard

1/8 tspdry mustard

1 Tbspmayonnaise

1/8 tspcelery salt

1 Tbspgarlic (minced)

1/4 cred bell pepper(minced)

1/8 tspmace

3 dashtobasco

3 dashworcestershire sauce

1/3 cminced onion

How To Make stuffed shrimp

1Preheat oven to 350. In 1tablespoon olive oil,and 2 tablespoons butter,soften onion,and red pepper. Cool.

2Meanwhile butterfly the shrimp, leaving tails on, and place on a baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Gently mix the rest of the ingredients, including the cooled onion,and peppers,and place about a tablespoon full pressed down on each shrimp.

3Bake for 25 minutes.
