Ingredients
- 1/2 can lump crab meat,or claw,or 2 cups
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper(minced)
- 1/8 teaspoon mace
- 3 dashes tobasco
- 3 dashes worcestershire sauce
- pinch thyme, leaves
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 1 egg
How To Make stuffed shrimp

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. In 1tablespoon olive oil,and 2 tablespoons butter,soften onion,and red pepper. Cool.

Step 2Meanwhile butterfly the shrimp, leaving tails on, and place on a baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Gently mix the rest of the ingredients, including the cooled onion,and peppers,and place about a tablespoon full pressed down on each shrimp.

Step 3Bake for 25 minutes.
