I love this sandwich. It's easy, yet elegant and so very delicious. If you don't have smoked salmon, grilled or baked salmon may be substituted.

Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 large "everything" bagel
- 3 ounces smoked salmon
- 1 medium leaf of romine lettuce
How To Make smoked salmon, chive and dill cream cheese bagel

Step 1In a small bowl, use a fork to smash and mix cream cheese to soften and smooth.

Step 2Add chives, dill weed and salt; mix thoroughly.

Step 3Split bagel in half; toast bagel in toaster or toaster oven until lightly browned.

Step 4Immediately spread each bagel half with cream cheese mixture.

Step 5Place lettuce on bottom bagel half; place smoked salmon on lettuce and cover with top bagel half.

Step 6Serve immediately.
