I was brought up in New Eangland. So I love Seafood. Many years ago, a good friend gave me this recipe. It's good on seafood, or mushrooms.

- - 1 roll of ritz crackers
- - 2tbs grated parmesan cheese
- - 1/2 cup butter
- - 1 tbs lemon juice
- - 2tbs wine or wine vinigar
- - 1 stalk of celery finely choped
- - 2 dashes of garlic salt
How To Make sea food stuffing

Step 1crush the roll of ritz crackers.

Step 2In a sm. bowl. mix crackers,cheese,butter,lemon juice, wine, celery, and garlic salt.
