    medium salmon, steaks
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/4 c
    dijon mustard
  • ·
    lemon dill seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice, fresh or bottled

How to Make Salmon Steaks With Lemon Dijon & Dill Glaze


  1. On medium heat place your olive oil in a large skillet. Brush Dijon on both sides of salmon and sprinkle the lemon dill seasoning on both sides as well. place in skillet pan.
  2. Cook about 5 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Then spoon lemon juice over each steak, I cover the pan with a lid and let sit 1 or 2 minutes then turn them in their glaze then serve.
