salmon steaks with lemon dijon & dill glaze

We eat fish at least twice a week if not more and I came up with this glaze from what I had on hand.

Ingredients

  • 3 - medium salmon, steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • - lemon dill seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh or bottled

How To Make salmon steaks with lemon dijon & dill glaze

  • Step 1
    On medium heat place your olive oil in a large skillet. Brush Dijon on both sides of salmon and sprinkle the lemon dill seasoning on both sides as well. place in skillet pan.
  • Step 2
    Cook about 5 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Then spoon lemon juice over each steak, I cover the pan with a lid and let sit 1 or 2 minutes then turn them in their glaze then serve.
