2 cwater

1 clong grain rice; i prefer zataran's
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 can(s)(5 ounce can) skinless, boneless pink salmon
-
·garlic powder; to taste
-
1 tspchives, dried
-
·lemon juice; to taste
-
·butter or margerine
How to Make Salmon Rice
- Bring to boil, water and salt
- Add rice, stir until boiling again, then lower heat to simmer, cover. Let simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add butter or margerine, and salmon, (not drained), garlic powder, chives and lemon juice.Stir well and let simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
