Salmon & Mustard Dill Sauce

- 1 c
- 1/2 c
- sour cream
- green onion, sliced
- 1 tsp
- dijon mustard
- 1/3 c
- + 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp
- dill weed, fresh is best
- 1 inch thick salmon steaks or 1 1/2 pounds
- & pepper to taste
How to Make Salmon & Mustard Dill Sauce
- 1In a small bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, green onion,mustard, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1/2 tsp dill weed. Cover & chill.
In a large resealable baggie, add the salmon. Pour in the remaining lemon juice and dill weed. Marinade in for 1 hour in refrigerator.
Salt, pepper and grill, broil, fry or bake until fish flakes with fork. Serve with prepared dill sauce, salt & pepper as desired.
