Salmon & Mustard Dill Sauce

1/2 csour cream
1green onion, sliced
1 tspdijon mustard
1/3 c+ 1 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tspdill weed, fresh is best
41 inch thick salmon steaks or 1 1/2 pounds
salt& pepper to taste
How to Make Salmon & Mustard Dill Sauce
- In a small bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, green onion,mustard, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1/2 tsp dill weed. Cover & chill.
In a large resealable baggie, add the salmon. Pour in the remaining lemon juice and dill weed. Marinade in for 1 hour in refrigerator.
Salt, pepper and grill, broil, fry or bake until fish flakes with fork. Serve with prepared dill sauce, salt & pepper as desired.
