    salmon, steaks
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/4 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp
    thyme, leaves
  • 1
    lemon sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • ·
    sea salt
  • ·
    black pepper

How to Make Roasted Salmon


  1. Mix together honey, vinegar, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour over salmon and marinate 2 hours.
  2. Remove salmon from marinade and place in foil, top with lemon slices, fold into a pouch.
  3. Bake in 450 oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
