Ingredients
- 4 - salmon, steaks
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons thyme, leaves
- 1 - lemon sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- - sea salt
- - black pepper
How To Make roasted salmon

Step 1Mix together honey, vinegar, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour over salmon and marinate 2 hours.

Step 2Remove salmon from marinade and place in foil, top with lemon slices, fold into a pouch.

Step 3Bake in 450 oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
