Ingredients

  • - 1/4 cup orange juice
  • - 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • - 4 salmon fillets, 6 oz. each
  • - 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • - 4 tsp. chili powder
  • - 2 tsp. grated lemon zest
  • - 1/2 tsp. salt
  • - 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

How To Make roasted barbecue salmon

  • Step 1
    Mix orange juice and lemon juice in large sealable plastic bag and add the fillets. Seal tightly and turn to coat. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour, turning once; drain.
  • Step 2
    Arrange fillets, skin side down in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Mix the brown sugar, chili powder, lemon zest, salt and cinnamon in small bowl. Mix well. Rub brown sugar mixture over top of fillets. Bake at 400 for 20 to 30 minutes or til fillets flake easily. Serves 4 Worth Tasting
