How To Make pan fried trout

Step 1Catch and Clean the Trout. Note: Be sure you have a license to fish in the state you are fishing in, only keep legal size trout and don't keep more than you can eat or more than the legal limit allowed ...which ever comes first.

Step 2Mix the flour with some salt and pepper and coat the fish.

Step 3Add a dab of butter to a cast iron or other fry pan on md/low. Fry fish to golden brown and meat flakes with a fork. Enjoy!
