Ingredients
- 4 medium fish fillets your choice i used perch
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make mayonnaise baked fish

Step 1Preheat oven 400 degrees Brush fillets with olive oil

Step 2Mix together the rest of ingredients except panko. spread on each fillets.

Step 3Press each fillet in panko bread crumbs and place in baking pan. Panko is only on one side.

Step 4Bake for 10 minutes or until done. Finish in the broiler for 2 minutes
