We love crab and crab cakes in particular. The supermarkets here in Florida carry the Seminole stone crab mustard, if you can't find it substitute Dijon.

Ingredients
- 1 - egg
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon seminole stone crab mustard
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 tablespoons minced celery
- 2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, minced
- 10 - ritz or town house crackers, crushed
- 8 ounces lump crabmeat

Step 2Mix all ingredients gently, don't break up crab meat

Step 3Form into patties and fry until golden brown. The patties will be wet when you place them in the oil but will firm up.
