Ingredients
- 2 - salmon filets (1 in thick)
- 2 - limes
- 2 - lemons
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 inches - fresh ginger root, peeled and finely minched
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 - lime slices for garnish.
How To Make lime-ginger grilled salmon

Step 1Zest 1 lemon and 1 lime.

Step 2Juice the 2 lemons and 2 limes.

Step 3Combine the juice from the lemons and limes, the zest, soy sauce, sesame oil and minced ginger in a shallow bowl. Whisk until thoroughly mixed.

Step 4Add the filets and marinate in refrigerator for an hour

Step 5Remove the fillets from the marinade. Sprinkle with garlic powder and cayenne evenly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6Brush the grate of your grill with olive oil.

Step 7Place the fillets on the grate over medium high heat.

Step 8Cover and cook for 5 minutes on each side. (until fish flakes easily with a fork)

Step 9Garnish with lime slices.
