I love using lemon juice, I always add extra in every recipe because I just like it. So I also add a little bit of lemon juice to the salmon after I pour the sauce over it right before I wrap it up in the tin foil. But it's not necessary :)

How to Make Lemon Maple Salmon

Step-by-Step

  • 1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients (except salmon) and mix thoroughly.
  • 2Cut the salmon into fillets (if not already cut). Cut square sheets of tin foil (enough for each of the fillets) and place each fillet onto a sheet of foil. Pour the sauce onto the fillet and wrap the salmon in the tin foil.
  • 3Bake for 35-45 minutes or until salmon is flaky.
  • 4When done, pour the juices left in the foil over the top of the salmon and serve.
