indian tuna melt
I love Indian food but have never seen and eaten Indian Sandwiches. So I wanted to make my Indian sandwich. Tandoori chicken sandwich is too common. I like "being unique" which is how I created this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 can tuna, canned in water, 5 oz
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/2 - avocado, peeled
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- - salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 - tandoor baked naan bread, 4.4 oz, cut into half crosswise
How To Make indian tuna melt

Step 1In a bowl, mix together tuna, mayonnaise, cumin, garlic salt, black pepper and onion.

Step 2Slice avocado crosswise thinly.

Step 3In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, put avocado slices and cook both sides of avocado slices until lightly browned. Season with salt and black pepper.

Step 4Put avocado slices on one sliced naan bread, put tuna mixture and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Place on a baking sheet with the other sliced naan bread. Broil in the oven until cheese melt.

Step 5Take the baking sheet out of the oven, put the sliced naan without filling on the other sliced naan bread with filling to close sandwich. Cut the sandwich into half and place on a serving plate.
