Ingredients
- TUNA PATTIES
- 2 large cans tuna drained well
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon each fresh thyme and rosemary minced
- 1 teaspoon each salt, garlic powder, and turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- SAUCE
- 1 cup miracle whip
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- TOPPINGS
- - lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles
- - bread or buns of choice
How To Make herbed tuna patties

Step 1Drain the tuna well pushing out as much moisture as you can. Mix in the ingredients for the patties and shape into 4 patties. Place on sprayed baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes depending on the thickness of the patties.

Step 2Mix the ingredients together for the sauce and set in refrigerator for flavors to mingle.

Step 3Serve the tuna patties with sauce on top and bread and toppings of choice
