  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or miracle whip
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - black pepper to taste

How To Make herb topped fish

  • Step 1
    Place uncooked fish pieces in a buttered shallow baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Blend all remaining ingredients by hand.
  • Step 3
    Spread mixture on top of fillets.
  • Step 4
    Bake covered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes
