    11/2 inch thick pieces of salmon, halibut or other white fish
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise or miracle whip
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 4 Tbsp
    chopped chives
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • ·
    black pepper to taste

How to Make herb topped fish


  1. Place uncooked fish pieces in a buttered shallow baking dish.
  2. Blend all remaining ingredients by hand.
  3. Spread mixture on top of fillets.
  4. Bake covered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes
