    11/2 inch thick pieces of salmon, halibut or other white fish
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise or miracle whip
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 4 Tbsp
    chopped chives
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • black pepper to taste

How To Make herb topped fish

    Place uncooked fish pieces in a buttered shallow baking dish.

    Blend all remaining ingredients by hand.
