    dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 1/4 tsp
    bottled red pepper seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 7oz. can(s)
  • 3/4 c
    crumvled crackers or potato chips
  • 4 large
    hard cooked eggs
  • 1 sprig(s)

How to Make Deviled Tuna Bake


  1. 1st 5 ingredients may be substituted with cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
  2. Melt butter blend in flour, mustard and salt stir in milk slowly, cook until thick boil 1 minute.
  3. stir in red pepper seasoning, lemon juice, tuna and 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.
  4. Chop 3 eggs and stir into tuna mixture Pour this into buttered 4 cup baking dish. sprinkle 1/2 cracker crumbs over the top
  5. Bake 20 min or until crumbs are golden brown quarter egg and place in center with parsley sprig.
