Cilantro Lime Grilled Fish Marinade

Serves: 6-8 (one large steak per person)
1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)
1/2 cup olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup cilantro (more if desired)
2 Tbsp cajun seasoning
juice of one lime and/or lemon

    2 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • ·
    juice of one lime and/or lemon

How to Make Cilantro Lime Grilled Fish Marinade

Step-by-Step

  1. Puree all ingredients in a food processor
  2. Clean fillets and put in a large ziploc or lidded container
  3. Set some marinade aside for basting, pour the rest into the fish container, shake/stir to cover evenly
  4. Let marinate for 30 minutes to an hour or so. Stir/flip occasionally while marinating.
  5. Grill over a medium heat grill about 3 Min per side
