- 1 1/2 pounds catfish filets
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
How To Make catfish

Step 1Pre-heat large saute pan on medium. Season fish with salt and pepper. Dip fish in egg and with cornmeal.

Step 2Place oil in pan, then add fish; cook 3-5 minutes on each side or until crust is golden and flesh is flaky. Drain on paper towel.
