This was a fair swap. We swapped some chicken livers with a local fisherman in trade for these delicious catfish. They turned out simply delicious

Ingredients
- 4 medium catfish filets
- 1/2 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup pecans, in pieces
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3 - green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a baking pan with cooking oil

Step 2In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except catfish. Mix well.

Step 3Place catfish on greased baking pan; spread mayonnaise mixture over top of fish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until fish flakes with a fork.
