4 sprig(s)fresh thyme
1/4 cfish stock
1 tspblack pepper
How to Make Baked Lemon Thyme Halibut
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line pan with parchment paper.
- Place fish in center of pan. Drizzle with olive oil and fish stock. Cover with lemon slices, thyme, and sprnkle with pepper. Cover with parchment paper and foil.
- Bake 15-20 minutes until fish flakes easily.
