halibut fillet
1 Tbsp
olive oil

fresh thyme

fish stock
1 tsp
black pepper

How to Make Baked Lemon Thyme Halibut

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line pan with parchment paper.
  • 2Place fish in center of pan. Drizzle with olive oil and fish stock. Cover with lemon slices, thyme, and sprnkle with pepper. Cover with parchment paper and foil.
  • 3Bake 15-20 minutes until fish flakes easily.
