    halibut fillet
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4 sprig(s)
    fresh thyme
  • 1
    lemon, sliced
  • 1/4 c
    fish stock
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper

How to Make Baked Lemon Thyme Halibut


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place fish in center of pan. Drizzle with olive oil and fish stock. Cover with lemon slices, thyme, and sprnkle with pepper. Cover with parchment paper and foil.
  3. Bake 15-20 minutes until fish flakes easily.
