Ingredients

  • 1 pound halibut fillet
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 - lemon, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fish stock
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make baked lemon thyme halibut

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line pan with parchment paper.
  • Step 2
    Place fish in center of pan. Drizzle with olive oil and fish stock. Cover with lemon slices, thyme, and sprnkle with pepper. Cover with parchment paper and foil.
  • Step 3
    Bake 15-20 minutes until fish flakes easily.
