- 1 pound halibut fillet
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 - lemon, sliced
- 1/4 cup fish stock
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make baked lemon thyme halibut

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line pan with parchment paper.

Step 2Place fish in center of pan. Drizzle with olive oil and fish stock. Cover with lemon slices, thyme, and sprnkle with pepper. Cover with parchment paper and foil.

Step 3Bake 15-20 minutes until fish flakes easily.
